Even though we build individual designs we still have the benefits of standardized factory construction. This will save you a lot on your building expenses. A Design Villas house will be finished turn-key. The inner and outer walls produced in the factory are placed on the traditionally constructed foundation. We take care of fitting the kitchen and the bathroom(s) which of course, just like the tiles, you can choose yourself. Total construction time on the building site is normally a maximum of about 6 to 8 weeks.

Our system is being used around the world for over 50 years. In Italy, over 3300 houses have been built, in Turkey about 700. You can also find our system in Greece, Switzerland, Spain and Austria. After the 1963 earthquake in Skopje, in a timeframe of five months over 2000 properties and 53 other objects have been constructed. In total over 1.500.000m2 constructed area has been built. Over 200 co-workers make sure that every project will be finished in time, from the preparation and the construction until the completion. This system is specifically suited for construction in earthquake and tornado sensitive areas, since this system is better resistant to seismic instability.
